Greek Tomato Salad

4 fresh tomatoes, chopped
1 cucumber, peeled and chopped
1 green bell pepper, cut into 1/2 ",pieces
1/2 cup chopped red onions
1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
1 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon chopped fresh oregano
1/4 cup kalamata olives
1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled (I use the fat free type)

1. Mix together vinegars, oil, salt and oregano.
2. Add other ingredients.
3. Marinate several hours in refrigerator to allow flavors to blend.
4. Serve.

A Salad with no Vegetables??????

Next a Meatloaf, hopefully with meat.

That sounds more like a salad! Thought maybe it only had olives specially for the carnivores... :wink: :wink:

I read it :wink: But thought ( I have a lack of culinary skills) that is was some sort of dressing to put ON a salad... :D My bad....
