West Virginia bear hunting questions?

I wanted to know the season dates and training seasons for bear? Im thinking of hunting some there next season. And if anyone would happen to know out of state license cost that would be nice. I tried their DNR site but it scews up my computer. Thanks for any advise.

kill season dec 8-31.Non residents may only train from the begining of small game season(around the 2nd week of oct) till the end of smallgame(feb 28th)Non res bear lic is a $160.00

Thanks Sam. I just got back from your area picking up some plotts from Gene Walker and you guys have some beautiful country over there.
