Nice pup. Hope you enjoy her. Which dogs is she out of. and did you really pay that much for her. If so I hope she really does a good job for you. I've had Cameron dogs for eight years now. Good luck.

Holy Crap! Ouch! I hope she works out for you!!! That dog doesn't look more that 8 months. How old are they when he sells them and are they started. Not that I'm going to pay over 800 bucks for a pup,I'm to poor for that, just curious.
How do you sneek that one past the ol wife? I would be asking for my testicles back for the next 10 years.
I have a little walker female I was going to sell for a grand. Maybe I need to reconsider! She catches her own cat and is a heck of a bear dog. Certainly not a pup. Must be a lot of people buying the camerons though cause I hear there is a waiting list...
Congrats on the new pup!

Lots of laughs on the testicles BGH, and in that case I'd stay away from those expensive pups ha!
I read an ad on here or the coondawg board awhile back where one of the locals was asking $1000 bucks for a tit weaned pup, $3000 bucks for a well started dog, and around $6000 for a finished big game hound. Based on those numbers BGH, I'd recommend that you ask around $3000 for that dog????????????
Personally, I can't wait until I make my next cross and can sell them for a $1000 bucks apiece.

I am not real into buying thousand dollar pups...however, perhaps hound men are behind the curve here. I hunt waterfowl a lot and guys peddal LABS....yes, plain old lab pups for $1200/pup all day long...and their parents only pick up ducks and geese. If you look at nearly ANY other breeds when you have proven lines and proven parents you have expensive pups...
Maybe more expensive pups would make more guys actually TRAIN their dogs and not just turn them into the pack with fingers crossed...lol...? If a Cameron dog is what you want and are willing to pay it...then it's everybit worth the money paid.
THat said, I'm not complaining about the price of hound pups. A guy can get damn nice pups for around $200...I'll pay that all day...

That's an awesome looking Cameron. You pay for what you want. And if del wasn't selling pups I'm sure his prices would go down. But I wouldn't have a problem paying that much. Hell ill have a thousand into my pup by the time I get my Cameron. 600 for her plus flying her to Maine. Congrats on your new pup. Enjoy her
