One thats good for camping. You can do this over a fire or preferably an oven.
1: large can of your favorite fruit ( like you'd use for cobble for cheesecake)
1: white cake mix
1/2# of butter
Pour the fruit in the bottom of a cast Iron skillet.
In a seperate bowl mix the butter and cake until its crumbly Maybe you want more or less butter however you want it. Sprinkle the cake crmbs over the fruit until its covers the fruit. Cook in the oven or covered in a camp fire until the crumbs are golden brown.
I've had this cooked on a barbeque pit a few times its very good. I don't care for peaches but I've heard they're good. My personal favorite is blueberries. Apple isn't bad either.
