Well Assemblyman Claborn has taken his first step to ruin Nevada's lion hunting. He's trying to fund it by making 40% of the money from the Heritage fund earmarked for predator control to save the mule deer. Next he will introduce legislation to use that money for a bounty on lions. He is a sneaky one. Please get on the Nevada Legislative website and show your disapproval for AB241. Thanks

I'v got a question a little off subject, I heard something about in Nevada if you have dogs in your dog box you must provide food and water? if this is true is there a time frame for how long they can be in the box until they are required?

Hmmm, never heard of that one. I suppose it could be on the books somewhere, but I don't think the food and water police are chasing dog boxes around. Heck they would be busy these days. Anyhow, I got on the legislature website and looked at the comments for this bill, and it had 2 for the bill with no comments, and around 60 against with lots of colorful words for Mr. Claborn.
