I got 2 plotts that chew on there tail the dont itch they just chew on there tail like there is bald spots on them anyone ever seen or heard of this ????

Sounds like they need their anal glands expressed!! Dogs have glands at 4:00 and 8:00 (if you were looking at a clock) GENTLY put pressure in an upwards motion towards the anus. You should see a milky to paste like material come out. If you don't try going to the vet, we charge 15.00 to do this!!
