Well our training season opened up on june 1st and i was able to get out yesterday. My partner dana and i treed a nice big boar early. Then tryed to rigg another track.I got a strike and found the track in the mud.So i released the hounds we saw the bear cross the road once. They were treed within 45 minutes or so. I broke a break line on the truck and didnt have any brakes. So i had to screw around with that. They were treed over 2 hours but there were in a chit hole that we couldnt seem to get any closer.By the time we walked in and got close to them they started to move

the bear must of had enuff. O well it was the first day.My pup Molly and dana's pup Jack made the 1st tree of the day (there littermates). This was Mollys second bear tree and jacks 1st.

Pete and i got out this moarning and got a sow and cubs treed right off. Then i got to see a bear trying to sneek accross the road but he turned as soon as he saw me.The dogs struck real hard. I radioed to pete to come over and we released on this bear. Treed pretty quick( in a beachnut tree at that) we gave him a 5 minute head start

Pictures suck leaves everywhere o well.

sow and 2 cubs

Second tree of the day
