Funny for sure but those pint sized pooched have more poop in their pants than the Professionals called in to handle it. The ineptness of these people never ceased to amaze me. The should have just shot the damn thing right off rather than go thru the ritual of flubbing around with a tranq. gun, Good greif the old lady with a broom proabably could have saved this cat and it would have left for the underbrush with the Taco Bell dogs hot in pursuit.!

Sure would cut down on the dog food bill!!

Remember its in California, if those guys shot that lion they probably would have been fired.

Much the same would happen if our guys were to do that in Santa Fe or Alb. Game and Fish agencies are all politically run and those situations arnt as cut and dry as one might think.

Big Mike,

You said a mouthfull there! Yes political sensitivity makes these sort of situations sticky at best. I can't envy those guys because it's danged if you do danged if you don't situation. And just let a State Reps. neighbor lady get stampeded by a wild lion and holy smokes!
