different game

I was wondering how many people run their hounds on different game?
i don't feel the game seasons allow you to be a specialist in my area. each dog will usually have a preference of it's own . i just enjoy hunting so i try to get out as often as i can even if it's a training season. dogs go bad on a chain or in a kennel and it's to much work to let that happen IMO.
