How many of you guys feed your dog together? How many of you guys kennel your dogs together? I have always done both. My pack will hunt,Kennel,eat & live together. OR NOT. Now I know that some of you guy keep alot of hound. I keep three. But in the past my hunting buddy & I would dump a pile of food on the ground at camp for his three and mine all 6 to eat out of one pile. And we would go in to the camper and shut the door. Now all 6 of these dog hunted together all the time. But they were not kenneled together.But they were A PACK.SO BACK TO MY TOPIC. feeding together. do you allow a pecking order or not? One thing I will not TOLERATE is a bully. I'm the only bully in the pack. I'm getting back into the dogs, after some years off to start my own concrete biz. And am raising three pups at this time. at feeding time I sit and watch to see who thinks they are the boss. then at the next feeding I will pull that one out of the pen, And feed it by itself. Now don't laugh this works. I first spit all over the food then sit back and wait for the dog to go eat and then I will growl at the dog and run them off the food. Then sit back a let them come back. Then I let them eat a little then growl a run them off again. I do this until they will not go back to the food. I will stay about 10min. and then go in the house and let them eat. Most time's it only takes one or two time's. With a shy dog I will pull out and feed alone next to the kennel for about a week then put back with the pack. So my Questions are how many of you guys feed all of them together? How many wish you could? NOW I KNOW THAT YOU CAN HAVE A PACK WITH OUT ALL THIS WORK BUT YOU KNOW IT IS NICE TOO DO IT ALL TOGETHER AND I BELEAVE IT MAKES A STRONGER BOND.

I feed my dogs together and kennel them together. At first they tried to fuss but I put a stop to it quick...
I have two Hounds(Plott Lep Curr mix) and an English Springer Spaniel.

mine are all kenneled or chained SEPERATE and fed that way.

I feed mine in the same area but seperate bowls so I can give them different food or more depending on age and size. They all have to eat nice next to each other, got the food dishes lined up about a foot apart. They are all in the same 10 acre orchard but have seperate dog houses to use or not if they want, some tend to play musical dog houses with each other. Some mornings, If its been a cold night I will find them in a big dog pile outside thier houses.

I do the same as tomjr and works great.
