Where hunt is the bad for lions fighting dogs due to them fighting wolves for their kills. You kinda need a few dogs or they will have trouble.

Looks like a lynx to me cougar should leave a cleaner track normally if your not sure its a cougar it probably is not.

I like to have my pups on 30-40 bears before a year. My lion dogs i like to start around 9-10 months get them a couple easy ones then get them on some tuffer colder ones.

From my expireience grizzlys run the same as a black bear. I found grizzlies put on more of a show bay up, pound their front feet chase the dogs a bit more I also found they will lay down and kinda act wounded to bait the dogs in, then they will jump up and try to grab one but never had a dog get hurt

I agree the law is the law. and can see your point. but whats "you and only you " mean if I had to run hounds by my self I couldn't do it. trying to get dogs out after the hunt would take me three trips back and forse to the truck.
