i have a plott out of pocahontas codyII that does really good on bobcats. i know some others who have dogs out of the same bloodline is mine and are really good cat dogs.

Hunted a dog from Bill Hicks, Rugged Ridge Kennel, that I considered a good bobcat dog. Noisy, but from rigging to trailing to locate and tree, she was a good one, all by herself.

Paul Laney has some of the best cat Plotts here in Maine.. But they are good cause that's all he does in the winter.. I would love to get a pup from him...

My neighbors bill hicks plott will smoke a bobcat track . Very cat minded dog compared to other plotts we hunted . But he was telling me some of the best bobcat dogs he had came from maybe was called star mountain plott kennels ? Hope that helps
