Full Cry turned into Bull Cry. Very few big game articles but full of squirrel hunting articles etc. Nothing wrong with squirrel hunting with dogs at all, I think it is great, but that is not what I was wanting. Full Cry has lost a lot of readers over their changes from what it was in the past.

I can remember reading Full Cry as a kid. When i started work i got my own subscription and kept it for about 30 years. It was a great magazine. You didn't have to be rich and famous or have a degree in journalism to write for Full Cry.It felt like you owned a piece of the magazine and the other contributors, writers ,columnists, advertisers and subscribers were like family.I miss it! I've often wished someone would start a new magazine based on the format of the old Full Cry .I think it would do great.
