I think you'll be fine each box will be 22x21x60 without a divider you could probably haul 3-4 dogs in each one

thanks for the advice t man. with a few little changes the dimensions worked and it turned out decent

I was just looking for the same info, do you think it would be best out of 1/2 ply or frame it and try to find some old road signs that they want to get rid of to sheet it as long as the painted part is inside of the box? with a wood floor or alumium floor and rubber liner? We always just use to tie our dogs off until one caught a hot sent going down the hwy did not turn out well lost a good dog when my buddys dad was bringing him into town for us that afternoon. So i dont want the same thing to happen again.
