What is the name of the book?

I looked up the Latin for starling.

It is "Sturnidae"

I would probably call them that if I was trying to sell them in areas where people don't really like starlings. Unless they just come out so beautiful that it overcomes any negativity.

Hillbilly Boy,
I was sitting here trying to remember doing those pheasants. It was about thirty years ago.
But I think I opened up the skin from the belly side, all the way up the underside of the neck. Pretty sure of it.

That way the golden breast feathers go all the way around the outside and it puts the tail in the correct spot facing out.

I stated it wrong in the original directions I gave.

Now I need to get a pheasant and just skin it so I can watch what I do.
