Man walkercurcat that’s awesome, congratulations. We don’t personally know each other but if I’m not mistaken we have a very mutual friend. No matter what the discipline, I love to read and listen to all these hunting dog people. I try to learn something from everybody. We are definitely dinosaurs in our way of life.

We’ve caught 50 head give or take of hogs since deer season ended. Been catching 7-10 hogs a trip. Had a couple of quick hunts where we only caught two or three and got out of the woods. Had a two hog hunt about a week ago. It wasn’t a quick hunt. Dogs had to work to find them. I’m pretty sure they were the only two hogs around for a good ways. This particular area has a lot of night vision and thermal hunters as well as helicopters. Been proud of my young dogs. They’ve been exceeding my expectations to be so young and inexperienced. As long as nothing crazy happens, by the time they are 2-3 years old, Mr Hog is gonna have his hands full.

I hung this camera a few months ago in a narrow travel corridor where I saw some trees that were marked by a bear. I didn't get any bear pics, but I got about everything else.

That’s a cool video. We have a few fox, tons of yotes, we have bob cats, and a few big cats, but no bears. An hour and half to two hour drive can put us into gators.

Definitely a nice compilation of the critters you caught on camera! Went out today and found a fresh lion track in a drainage I haven't caught a cat in this season. Walking into the treed lion i cut a fresh bobcat so on the way out got the dogs on that. My 9 month old pup really shined getting it jumped then the old dogs smoked by him and got it treed just in front of him. Not a bad day, 2 cats and back to the truck at 11:30!

I just spent the past week hunting. didn’t have much luck. Did get permission to drive through private property to a huge canyon with fantastic rock formations, though. Wish I could post pictures. My kids gave me the flu and I had to cut the hunt a day short. But I got to spend the week with my brother and that was much needed. I just hope I didn’t pass the bug on to him!
