WSHC annual banquet/meeting date and place

OTHA is hosting the annual WSHC banquet and meeting on March 24th in Matlock wa. at the grange, immediatly following OTHA's water race that same day. Volunteers are always welcomed from all the clubs to lend a hand with serving the food, getting donations for the raffle and setting up/cleaning up afterwards, helping with the awards etc. Getting donations is always the hardest part for the hosting club, so please go out and try to get some businesses or friends to donate anything for the raffle, keep in mind that our clubs are not made up of just men, but women and children as well and gently used items are also appreciated. As soon as I get more info about the banquet like the menu, price at the door, I will post it. Thanks and good luck with the donations, let me know if anyone has gotten anything and I will add it to the list of raffle items
