Dc 40 losing gps signal
I have a dc 40 that I bought used over a year ago from a fellow I didn't know. Ever since I have had the collar it loses gps signal about every other time I use it. I have no way of know exactly how old it is so I'm not sure if it's one of the earlier collars that had this problem from the factory ...

When a collar gets refurbished does that include a new battery? Also my collars all have tuff skin antennas and new reflective collars. If I sent one in to swap out for a refurb would those items be switch or would I lose them?

I have a dc 40 that I've had for a couple years. Last two weeks when I try to charge it instead of the blue light going solid after its charged it goes out and the collar isn't charging.
