im looking to put out coon feeders that are quick and easy but yet I don't have to go fill them every day. iv tried using five gallon buckets and such but where I am I have lots of bears and they tear right through them. so I need something that is also bear proof. any idea's!?

i had the very same problem with my 7 year old redtick female. i had no clue why she would slick tree but i could tell every time when she was going to slick just by how she would run the track. anytime she had trouble running an older track she would just come up treed with nothing. i starting ...

the other day it snowed a couple of inches. i took her out to see what the hek to she was doing. i thought that if she treed i could see if there were any tracks or not. i put her down where i usually do. there was no tracks around and she didnt go out at all like she usually does. so she gotta be ...

slick treeing is the result of the dog being tree happy and not checking the tree to make sure the game is there checking for a trail leaving the tree is what checking is . i don't know of a way to stop a tree happy dog .
would it be possible that where the dog came from had a lot more coon ...

what makes her slick tree? doesn't a tree dog tree because it wants whats up there?
