I had a lab that had the same thing. My vet said it was from over work and poor physical shape. I have made sure that I have my dogs in top shape before I hunt them anymore. Good luck.

Anyone ever experience this? I ran my pup the other day and she ran harder than she ever has. Last night my two males got into a little tussle and she was in the middle of them. She put her tail between her legs and wimpered. You could tell she was in pain. I ran her to the vet who gave her pain ...

The dose is 1/10 cc or ml. per ten lbs.Use cattle or swine 1% do not use plus.You can give this oraly or inject under skin.This a very light dose I give this to all my dogs monthly more if needed.Do not give collies.I start pups at about 16 weeks.Ol'Curt

To answer the question about plugging the arteries with dead works and killing the dogs...that is correct. However, if you start your pups on Ivomec Injection 1% Sterile Solution (there are different forms of Ivomec and the injectable is the only form safe for dogs), start them once they reach 10lbs ...

I am not a big game hound guy but do run beagles in the pursuit of snowshoe hare. I have been reading threads on this site for sometime now and have decided it was time to join!
