Seems like to me , i have the nose power on the ground . Above average , but when it comes to the rig it seems like I can only rig a running track as to where some other people's dogs I've been around will strike a trailing track . I'm sure this has been asked a lot , I have 4 dogs and a astro with 4 collars plus I track my buddies dogs . Is it worth the switch to alpha . The guys I hunt with swear they get almost double the range . What's pros and cons

Yeah , it's one thing having 1-2 to good dogs but when having 4 jump it , I've had better luck with it not getting out of the country on me

Okay here's the deal bear season starts Monday , there's no where around that has collars that's open between now and then . I'm missing a Antena on one of my collars , I still want run my dog but now have no collar . How bad will this effect range and is there any alertnative to fixing it.
