bear pursuit in Utah

I was working on setting up a pursuit only hunt in Utah for a few days. I was gonna go with a guy up there but I have no idea where to go? Anyone willing to offer up some pointers on what direction to head? I would like to stay as far south as possible, La Sal? Not looking for a good hunting spot just wanna train dogs and meet folks and have a good time, also an open invite to anyone that might want to go. Any and all info. would be great, thank you.
