I don't know the line, but I used a good one for several years. A man gave him to me because he was trying to use him on coons and he kept trashing on hogs. He was a nice dog.

I have hunted with ruby swamp black and tans and the cross he has been making has done really good on bear and coyotes. His hounds are fast and will stay with a bear. I own 2 dogs out of his and they are at the top of my pack. He just had his female breed last month too.

Well I have sold a quite a few dogs as everything(coon, bear, coyote, bobcat, lions) but hogs and deer, but these dogs will run anything you put them on. It would be good experiment to try, Im gonna have to sell a cheap pup to someone that runs a lot of hogs and see how they do? I will have a liter in july, and should be on here by end of August.

If we can figure out a way to get one to East Texas I would sure give one a chance. I try to hunt two or three times a week, except during deer season. Our main strike dog was a black n tan for several years.
