Saddlebags

Postby Spencer » Mon Jun 28, 2010 12:09 pm

Allright, this board has been too quiet so I figured I would see if I can get something started. When hunting or general scouting in the back country for hunting, what do you take with you. I assume water, raincoat, gloves, jacket.....are carried with you. What else you carry in your saddlebags. First aid kit? GPS? spill it and let us know. I usually have a knife, GPS, bug spray, toilet paper, bandana, Leatherman multi tool, sometimes a firearm depending on where I am going.

What do you usually have with you. Interesting to know if I am missing anything.

I forgot I have a machete and paracord. Mike, I think I am going to get bigger saddlebags so I can ride like you do.
I like the headlamp idea, but Hot Peppers???????

Be needing more than toilet paper after eating those.

fence pliers or lineman pliers, never know when you have to make a gate when your following dogs. It sure is nice to be able to take the wires apart at an 'H' brace and put them back together, instead of having to ride for a few miles in the opposite direction when the potlickers have something going.
