Whats the best way to freeze brand?

Use a thick branding iron made of copper or similar metal, something that will hold low temperatures for a considerable amount of time. Then use a really cold solution made of dry ice and alcohol or liquid nitrogen, clip the area that you plan on branding and use help to hold the dog down.

That I don't know anything about. I have a friend that has all of the letters so I didn't have to get any, but that link above also has a link on it to buy them.
