I came across a icom 2200h and what do I have to do with it so I can run marine channels on it?

Good evening,
All i have done is the alinco dr 135. But if you go to radio mods dk for a small donation you can get any mod you want.

its the banwith RX an TX expantion. If the window dosent open for you tell the tv repairman or whomever is going to do it to remove the surface mount diode D13 and D11. The two diodes are very close together.

Is this something I can do? Do they just plug into the board?

I took mine to the local tv repair shop with a copy of this page describing the modification. Cost me 20 bucks. I certainly didnt wanna pull my new radio apart and poke around in there.
