HELP GUYS AN GAL;S

Due to being unemployed 5 months we're losing our home to forclosure. My family of five needs a home for ourselves and our dogs in Ohio. It seems you can only rent when you have perfect credit and up to a few months ago we had that; but now I just started a new job three weeks ago and and can't no longer afford $750.00 a month. Savings are now all gone and I have had to sale two of my hounds and it looks like they may all be going, even the pups. I don't mean to whine or complain and I never ask for help, just ask anyone who knows me. But, I mean BUT, we need a home ASAP!!! We can't find anything that will allow my kennel and or children. I hate to ask guys but I am at a loss as what to do and it seems my hunting buddies are the only ones I can count on any more now that we don't have money to loan everyone in my family. I also understand EVERYONE is having a hard time. But what else is a father to do? We can afford $450.00 to $500.00 a month and I am willing to fix up a place that needs repair. If it comes down to to it my family will rent a pay by week apt. while I live on the river banks with pets. Just asking, if you know of a place PLEASE, PLEASE let me know, My home number is 740-397-9278 but I truthfully don't know how much longer it will be on due to us trying to save every penny for a new place. Sorry to hear of your bad times which saddens me with all the help we give other countries before we help our own. I would post this on the UKC Message Board as many of us on this site live in the West. Sure wish I had the means of helping you in need but times are tough for alot of us.
Hope by the time you read this that someone has helped you get placed in a home.

I feel for you and your family and hope the best for you. This seems to becoming a very unfortunate trend anymore. I know many families going through similar issues. odd how its only a slight down turn in the economy to those who have the power to help right the american economy. I for one am ashamed by the corporations and government's handling of our economy. every where i go there are foreclosed homes. maybe it will become large enough to bring the banks to the bargaining table. until then the very best luck to you.

Thankyou everyone. I do agree, the people who can fix the financial situation with our economy should step up to the plate. It's funny to see the government giving out money to buy new homes for first time buyers but not helping those of us who are having a hard time keeping our homes that we already own and paying mortgages on. I'm not saying don't help first time buyers because alot of families need homes to call their own. Oh well, life does go on and we have all been through hard times before. My family and I will scratch and fight and WILL start a new again. Just a heads up on how things are going here, got a new job and I am actually going back to college myself alongside my two daughters. THANK GOD FOR GRANTS!!
