Well, I just found out that my son J.R. is going to be a father. The baby is due in April around my birthday I just wish J.R. was closer as he is in Mississippi going to SMU. I will do my best to make a future hound hunter out of the little one. Guess if they stay in Mississippi he/she can always be a coonhunter.
Oh and I do not want to hear any old lady grandma comments from the peanut gallery. I am ONLY 39.

Thanks guys, J.R. is my first born..... well he was the first of my twins... Charles was only 4 minutes behind him. Anyway, he will be a great father and I am so proud of all he has accomplished in his 21 years. It seems just like yesterday when he was 14 and harvested his first whitetail. He never was much for lion hunting like Charles, but he loved coonhunting.

Now as for the granny jokes, it doesn't matter how old you are, when you're a granny, your're a GRANNY!!! (no joke) So what does everyone think about honoring Tessa's wishes, and only making semi young granny jokes?

Well Congrats : If he stays in Mississippi he does NOT have to be a Coon hunter ,He could chase those pesky Hogs. PS my grandson is MY BEST Hunting Buddy.
