memories

Post by walker/plott »

I enjoy getting on here and reading about the dogs and hearing the stories. I'm a oldman now and can't get around like I used to. I hunted mixed up hounds in my day. I like a walker and plott mixed dog.Hot nose and fast for bear or a good snow track for lions. Didn't like to hear a cold trail being worked out. I live in the city now and just enjoy reading about everyones elses good times. keep it up boys.-Gerald

Good to hear from the old timers. When I have questions about my training/hunting I contact a couple old buddies that are 60+ to help me out. They started without traking equipment and alot of roads. Alot tougher in those days. My father-inlaw ran hounds in the 1960-70's, S.OR and N.CA.
