Anyone using the high gain antennas?
Just wondered how the compare to the 3 element yagi?

By saying high gain antennas,I assume you are referring to a mag mount type mobile antenna. The 3 element yagi is vastly superior to a high gain antenna since it is a directional antenna,and the high gain is omnidirectional,meaning all directions.

I think he is referring to the smaller type antenna, that turns back again itself. Looks more like a rectangle and folds up...........I was also interested on feedback on this type antenna, only seen one in action and the guy was driving by using it up on the Mt., didn't get a chance to ask................
I thought there was only one color for a good hound BLUE!!!

Its all I use and love it my hunting buddy still uses the 3 element and after a few trips out he is getting one too. Way better accuracy the the 3 element and best of all I can fold it up and take it with me down the hill if I need to in my back pocket. We have tested it in some big mts 6000-8000 and in the flat land and it works better then a yagi in every test.
