Eye drops?

Post by 2ndhound »

Went out this am with the mutts and was traversing real thick brush, one of them has a swollen squinty eye, dont see any damage or blood Im sure she got poked by a stick or has something like a seed in there, any suggestions on eyedrops I can use?? I was gonna use visine but figured an eyeball isnt something to take a chance on so figured I best ask first, Ken

try terimycin we carried it in the camper all the time. really works well, eyes would be swelled almost shut and by morning they could go again. good luck!

Well thank you all kindly for the ideas, I will get all over those in the morning, the eyeball looks better already, wiped the eyebuggers out of the leftie then the right one swelled up, now a few hours later they both look pretty good!! I will get some of that stuff anyway just to have it on hand cause Im sure this wont be the only dog who gets an eyeball problem, again thanks fellas and good luck to you.....Ken
