leave it to california to dig up some dirt on uncle ted. I love how the article makes it sound like the wardens were in shock. like they weren't the ones digging deep to find it on him. pretty stupid on teds part for airing that episode too. I would still vote him for president. and as for california, I wish all the good folks would move up north and the south would crack off and float into the sea.

While it is every hunters duty to know the regulations where he is hunting. Id say the guide is in huge fault. And should probably loose his guide license. When guiding the ultimate yea or nay lies directly with the guide.

if you have ever red teds book , ted white and blue, all he preaches about is how he obeys all laws and has lead a pure life, never doing anything illeagle. he is full of his self, he has just never been caught. he says how you should take your local game wardens out for lunch and become friends with them, i guess he didnt take the right ones out. if that would have been the average citizen they would have received a healthy fine and suspended there hunting previleges for a period of time. the fine they gave ted was hardly anything. ted is a big hypocrit, that will do anything and say anything for the all mighty dollar. JMO. what was he shooting a spike for anyway?

Evey state has its own unique laws. Maybe he didn't know. Responsiblity lies with the guide
