I do love my terriers, even if the little idiots sometimes get carried away and end up where they shouldn't be.
This one followed a fox 30' up a hollow tree, then - after the fox had been shot - wriggled over it and somehow managed to climb out the broken end of branch and onto the top.

Great pictures Cooch! Those bloods, especially the males, look real strong.
Ever tried a combination gun? I bought one after getting a couple of deer running "between my legs" while hunting with my beagle. Its a 12/76 barrel over a 7x57r barrel. You can also get a "drillig". Two shotgunbarrels/riflebarrels over a rifle or shotgunbarrel. A variable 1,5-5 scope on top and you can take every shot, from speedy close quarters to 150 yard shot. These guns work great for us, when hunting with running hounds.

More odd laws. We're not permitted to use shotguns on Sambar.
A lot of the boys use Remington Pumps and the bigger Marlins have some following. If I had my 'druthers, I'd be carrying a .338 BAR, but more damned laws stop that.
Current shooter is a sako A111 in .300WM Maybe I'll pick up a a Browning Lever rebarrelled to .35 Whelan or .375/300WM when I have the $$.

No native felines. Only the domestic variety gone feral.
They do enormous damage to the local small wildlife population, so anyone who cares about the bush considers shooting them a good thing. The biggest one that I've taken was almost brushing the ground with nose and forepaws when the back paws were held at my belt - and I'm a six+footer. There have been bigger ones shot, but nothing like the big fellas you have there.
