Cameron bred Bluetick - Adult bitch with pedigree wanted.

Post by Roy Sparks »

I want a Cameron bred Bluetick bitch , mated to a Cameron dog. I want photo's and pedigree's of both hounds and details of the owners and who they were bought from i.e. paper trail and details , no BS as I will have friends to assist verification and authenticity in the US and might just make the trip myself to see that all goes the way it should.I will want the mating confirmed by a vet and a backup check done by a vet that the bitch is successfully covered and pregnant. Documentation in this respect will be required as well.

Specifically I am looking for a bitch that is closely related to Cameron's Blue Nell and or Daisy who is pictured with Dell on page 246 of his book Call of the Hounds.

I need all the veterinary clearences taken care of for exportation. I need a price for this request including the extra's i.e. vet ,crate and shipment to South Africa ( Johannesburg ).

Pending price the money will be good in December this year.

Excuse me for being so demanding but thats how I want it. Anyone who can fit the bill , we can talk business.

Those who are able to assist please contact me at my email address - sparkshounds@isat.co.za - thank you kindly, Roy Sparks.

Roy-
Just a friendly suggestion, but you may consider just calling Del Cameron or better yet, writing him a letter? (Letter form is easier for him with his hearing & he will write back..) I doubt he'll have a female to sell you directly, but with him still around as a resource you might as well utilize him and he may be able to point you in the right direction. Either way, best of luck to you with your search! If it all pans out, let us know how those Cameron dogs do for you over there..

Thanks Powderhorn. I have a friend that lived with me for close on 3 years and who did lots of hunting with my hounds in Polson Montana. I checked on Google Earth and he's about 82 miles from Polson City centre to where Dell lives in a straight line so we are talking about him getting involved to aid with our venture.

I have been commisioned to put this together for someone - believe me I dont have the money myself now to buy a hound from Dell let alone a bitch in pup. Though I'm truelly honored to be given this task so I want to do it very carefully and with diligence.

If all else fails I will have to labour and try get what I'm looking for the long hard way lest a measure of luck befalls me.

Thank's to all that are sharing an interest in this quest - regards Roy.

Sounds like you're a step ahead of me then, good deal. Your friend is really not far from Del.. I grew up in Hamilton, MT real close to where Del lives now and I lived in Kalispell for about 10 years.. Pretty close to Polson. In my experience Del has always very accomodating to visitors and inquiries about his dogs.. but with your friend as a resource in Polson you'll have an advantage of an area with a lot of dogs with Del's breeding nearby.

Powderhorn thank you for that information , I am sure it is going to be very usefull. I'm going to try phoning my buddy there to speak to him about all this. He had a lot to do with my hounds '96 , '97 , '98 and took real good care of them as well as some dramatic footage and still pictures.

I appreciate the help I'm getting from you guys on this forum - Roy.
