I just read the us fish and wildlife service is looking for comments, but the wisconsin outdoor news was not aware of it, being public, until tipped off. Here is the link for you comments.

Thanks for catching that, I was in a hurry at folks for a shower, as no power from a bad storm for three days, its correct now. Its very simple to copy and paste the key word, and in the bottom right, add comments, it took five minutes total, folks this is for all of us

I got mine in, folks this is for all of us, a great time to give you opinion of wolf problems
