blueticks in New Mexico

Post by schnell »

Are there any of you who are hunting blue dogs in New Mexico?

I've been working on building myself a small hunting pack and would love to talk to folks who share my interest.

I have a lot of buddies hunting blues out there in NM. I live in Texas but hunt there on occasion. Most of my friends are in the Tucumcari to Santa Rosa area. There is a fellow on this forum for the Albuquerque area that hunts blues.
Good luck,
Gary

Right now I've got bluetics, redtics, even one walker, with two hi tans on the way. Now then, if you've gotta see papers, count me out. All of mine are mutts, just high quality mutts is all.

I've got a couple adult blues and a couple walkers. Of the 4 three are huntable and the other is pretty much a house pet.

This morning I got 7 more of the blue ones! :D

Schnell,
I have four blues, one of them is all blue. Weve been out hunting a lot lately and doing alright. What lines are yours from?

My blue male came from 12 gauge's Cutter Bay Kennel in florida and my blue female came from bluefloyd out in Utah a couple years earlier. Both are heavily Cameron with some nice outcrossing.

I'll try to figure out my new camera and post a picture of their pups which we had back on the 12th of September. They're cute. Very cute.
