Pyrantel Pamoate???
I use safegaurd for worming my dogs but wanted to add some Pyrantel Pamoate to my program to make sure I was covering all worms. Who uses Pyrantel Pamoate? Where do you get it? I was looking around and found this (Durvet® Pyrantel Paste) at Tractor Supply anyone out there using it? If so how does it work? Thanks for any help.

Re: Pyrantel Pamoate???
do a search on the computer for Pyran 50 you will find several sources.
this is the 50 MG base that is the most economical to use... same strength as Strongid T that the vets use.
will cost about $20 FOR A PINT AND THAT MY FRIEND WILL LAST A LONG TIME.... ONLY TAKES ABOUT 3 CC PER DOG.
it will take care of hook worms and round worms.will not get tape worms or whip worms.
will last a long time if kept in the fridge
