Southern Califronia Hunting Buddy

Hey Guys,

In years gone by I use to Night cat hunt at least one night every week for years but as things go I got out of hunting for many different reasons.

But as I have gotten older (63) I am wondering if anyone in Southern California would need someone to hunt with on Friday or Saturday nights. I still have to work for about 2 1/2 more years so that is why I am asking about Friday and Saturday... 4:30 AM comes early these days ...

I plan on selling out and moving to where I can run my own pack of hounds on a daily bases come 2013. Anyway, I am not into drinking or drugs and at the current time I have started working out but I am not in shape to run over the top of a mountain like I use to do.

But you would like an old fart to ride along and help with some of the daily costs like gas and so on I would love to hear your dogs run a race.

If not it is ok .... couple years is a drop in the bucket after all these years....

Justaguy what part of southern Cal. are you living? I know quite a few hunters down there and might could help you out.

I live in La Mirada/Anaheim Orange County area but I work out in the Corona area so if they hunt east or southeast I could leave from work and go that way. I use to hunt all through the Cleveland National forest but from what I hear I am not sure where you would go to hunt anymore.
