West Virginia Bears Season

Post by buck tice »

Just wondering if the bears down there are affected by the cold as much as they are up here in michigan. I know your season starts dec. 6th and wondering how good it will be with the temperatures? Thanks

We had tons of snow the first week and lots of bear. Only one of the bear we killed was cleaned out. The rest were stuffed full with oak. I imagine a lot of them will go to bed with the storm coming in. I was surprised at how many bear were up last week.
