New to hunting with hounds

Hello i am new to hunting with hounds i live in oregon and just got my first dog, Comes from proven dogs Mom was Full Redbone Dad was cross of bluetick and plott. I been hunting and fishing since i could walk. Got into this cause i wanted to spend more time in the woods and always had an itch to try it. Love this fourm so any tips would love to hear them.
