Hello,
My name is Bridges, I am looking to buy a trained dog for lions that can run snow and dry track. I live in southern nv so that should help give people a idea of the terrian I am running. I am looking to spend $1500 to about $2500. I am looking to use dog for training some pups. I have not been lucky enough to come across anyone selling one so I am on here to see if someone is selling a dog or can "point me in the right direction".

There are a lot of guys around that sell dogs. In order to point you in a direction, it would help if we knew the conditions that you plan to hunt, as well as the money you are willing to spend. Trained lion dogs can cost anywhere from $2500.00 to $13,000.00. You can also find an older dog from time to time that has slowed down, and would make an excellent pup trainer, as well as being able to teach a "newbie" a few things about lions. I wouldn't be afraid to buy a dog from 10 to 12 years old from the right guy, if that's what would fit my needs.
