Re: pregnant female
you will have no problem running her, 3 to 4 weeks before she has them. I have had some 3 weeks until they were due still running, but watch the female when u see her slowing back and changing I let off of her. depending on the female and how she is packing her pups. About 21 years ago i had a female i breed and hunted her until 2 days before she had 7 pups. I thought she wasn't going to have any pups. but most females about 3 weeks I stop.and i dont run them as often.

You can run her up til about a week out or maybe two weeks out.
Re: pregnant female
I always run my females up to the last 2 weeks, I figure it is an early learning experience for the pups. Dont know if it really helps the pups or not but I definatly think that it is better for the female to be in shape when the pups are born

Re: pregnant female
Every female is differnt some get larger sooner and you have to be careful and make your best call on running them,I've gotten more protective as I get older I worry about something happening falling in the rocks running into a broken limb or hanging up on a barbed wire fencing because your female is going to try her best at being back in the lead and this competitive nature can set up chances for an accident, anyway thats my take on the subject....frank
