Gov Brown names Liberal John Laird to Secretary of Recourses

Once again sportmen and gun owners have been hosed. This guy is a huge liberal, anti-gun and enviromentalist. We will see how much damage he does.

This is what state Republican Party Chairman Ron Nehring had to say about his appointment.

"An appointment like John Laird, to me, is an indicator of how far to the left Jerry Brown is reaching to populate his administration," said Nehring, a former member of the state Board of Forestry. "John Laird is an extreme liberal, and he believes the only way to protect the environment is to make government as big and intrusive as possible."

Environmentalists, meanwhile, celebrated.

"It is a brilliant appointment," said Ann Notthoff, California Advocacy director of the Natural Resources Defense Council.

Nothing surprises me in this state anymore if that jack wipe can get voted back in as Gov. Our sate is full of bunny huggers and a DFG thats in bed with the HSUS. We stand little chance when it comes to voting power in this state San Fran and LA can vote out the rest of the state. I guess after this we can now kiss what we have left of logging in this state good by. Time to move to a real state.
