Mike, of course you are right. It just irritates me to see tax payer's money spent to prosecute someone for something like this when real criminals get by with a slap on the wrist and a pass back to the streets.

i live in michigan, and my hounds have killed alot of coons on the ground. opps... didnt know i was a criminal. all the people that live around me, and let me hunt there farms consider them pest. i dont let my hounds kill them but it happens all the time. so is it illegal to send in a rat dog into a barn to kill rats? my buddies rat terrier catches more mice and rats than any cat iv seen.

I sent an email to the prosecutor's office. It wont amount to much but I believe that rights should be spoken up for. The enemy has been speaking and organizing for along time. We must compete on the same level or our silence with be the only sound of the loss of our rights. JMO and no disrespect meant to any other opinions.
