Some marketing person signed their companies on with Nat Geo before they even knew what the content of the show would be. So don't hold it against them forever. Now is when the complaints and concerns should start pouring into those companies. When they refuse to renew or hopefully pull their advertising is when the producers of the show will get the message. Also some marketing specials may get them on different shows and even different channels depending on the package. So just because the commercial airs during the show doesn't make the company an actual sponsor of this particular show. I will try to do some research and see what I can come up with. Between all of us maybe we can get some word out.

I THINK WE SHOULD ALL GET A HOLD OF THE US SPORTMANS ALLIANCE AND MAKE OUR CASE TO THEM. THEY HAVE TAKEN UP BROADCASTERS & SPONSORS WHO HAVE PUBLISHED THE ANTI HUNTING MESSAGE IN THE PAST WITH GOOD RESULTS. I THINK THEY HAVE THE EXPERTISE TO DO THE RESEARCH AND THEN PUT OUT A NATION WIDE E MAIL ALERT TO ALL OF THEIR MEMBERS. HOPEFULLY THEY WILL TAKE THIS ON. I AM AFRAID THAT OUR INDIVIDUAL APPROACH MAY BE FRAGMENTED ALL THOUGH I APPLAUD EVERYONES EFFORTS. IF FOR SOME REASON THEY DO NOT TAKE UP ISSUE AT LEAST WE WILL KNOW WHAT THE USSA IS WORTH.

THEY LIST NAMES AND NUMBERS GREG LAWSON 614-888-4868 EXT 214,
SHARON HAYDEN 614-888-4868 EXT. 226

THEIR E MAIL ADDRESS IS INFO@USSPORTSMANSS.ORG .
YOU CAN PULL UP THEIR WEB PAGE AS WELL FOR INFO.

I E MAILED USSA YESTERDAY AFTERNOON AND COULD NOT GET THROUGH ON THE

PHONE. I WILL CALL AGAIN THIS MORNING.

I SAW LAST NIGHTS SHOW & IT WAS ALL ABOUT CATCHING DOPE GROWERS. I DID NOT SEE ANY ADVERTISING.

IF THE USSA HEARS FROM ENOUGH OF US THEY MAY GET THE MESSAGE.

I HAVE JUST SPOKEN WITH SHARON HAYDON OF THE USSA. SHE TELLS ME THEY ARE JUST STARTING TO LOOK INTO THE MATTER AND WILL GET BACK.

FROM MY PERSPECTIVE EVERYONE ON OUR SIDE NEEDS TO CALL OR E MAIL THEM AND EXPRESS YOUR FEELINGS ABOUT THE ANTI HUNTING SENTIMENT THIS SHOW IS PORTRAYING.

I HAVE HEARD FROM THE USSA VIA E MAIL. THEY TELL ME THEY ARE CURRENTLY LOOKING INTO THE SHOW AND REVIEWING SOME OF THE SHOW CLIPS. I THINK IT WOULD HELP IF ANYONE HAS ANY OF THEIR SHOWS ON TAPE. THIS WHOLE THING IS NOT JUST ABOUT US A HOUNDSMEN BUT THE ENTIRE SPORTING COMMUNITY. IF WE CAN GET THEM ABOARD I THINK THINGS CAN HAPPEN. THIS SHOW IS A CLEAVER SUTLE WAY TO MANIPULATE AND INFLUENCE PUBLIC OPINION.

Exactly right Jim. Everyone should shoot USSA an email. Also I am currently drafting a form letter. Will have it up soon for everyone. People then need to print it out, sign it and mail it to three different places. I will have all the addresses and info soon. Thanks for the help everyone. Its nice to see hunters standing together.
