Trash Breaking
How do i get my hound to stop chasing squirrels and rabbits?
Re: Trash Breaking
your plans are to run bobcat right? has this dog ever been on a cat track? or seen one? usually they loose interest in the rabbits and stuff quickly once they start running cats. usually just some mild discouragement is all that's needed. I have seen very few confirmed rabbit runners. many hounds will show interest when one jumps up underneath them and may even run it a few yards. then quite and come back. I guess the real question is how much experience the dog has and if it is trailing rabbits up or just running the jumped ones?

Id like to run cats and fox. he has been on 3 bobcats and 1 fox. he runs jumped rabbits and trails them as well.
