Russian Butter Cake

1/2 cup flour
5 eggs
1 cup sugar
1 cup butter
1 lemon, zest of

1. Whip butter and sugar in a mixer, add eggs, whip until sugar is dissolved and add flour gradually.
2. Grate lemon peel and add to the dough.
3. Put the dough in a well greased mold and bake in a preheated oven for 35 minutes at 200 C (392 degrees F).

Better Half made this.
Not Bad.
