Well i feel really lucky to live where i live, every morning i cut a few canyons for i head to work. We have been getting good little storms that keep everything pretty good for training these pups. So i got up monday morning a cut this little tom really low, found the track in the first canyon about a mile up, so my boss gets the call that i'm not feelin to well and off to get the dogs. Long story short they ran for about a mile till they got him jumped off a kill, and not long after treed up. Didn't take long enough so i was back to work by 10:00. That makes the boss happy

I say the uglier the better, and mine just maybe uglier than yours. Gotta love the little shits. Skinner is very fast and aggresive he seems to get nailed by every cat i send him on, always doctoring a wound. I dont think he will die of old age. Mine did not miss a bear chase last year and should even be better this year if he makes it through the cat season.
