Valley Creek Hunting Supply Has Great Service

Post by Grzyadms4x4 »

I recently bought a tracker maxima on this site and it was not the frequency that the owner thought it was and it did not have the SMA on it as I was told it did. I was a little disappointed, but the owner offered to fix the problem, so no big deal. I called tracker and they wanted $100 with shipping to add a frequency and another $150 for the SMA connector. I called Valley Creek Hunting Supply and spoke with Redgy and Reagin and they were both very, very helpful.

I sent them the Tracker receiver and I was told to wait and they would find one to trade out for the right frequency with the sma connector for $100.00. I figured it was the best deal.

I got tired of waiting and I spoke to Redgy last Friday and said I'm tired of waiting for a trade in and I asked him how much to get this settled. I mentioned that I had an older Wildlife receiver and he said to send that in with $100.00 and he would send me a brand new Tracker Maxima Complete. So I paid him the $100 on the phone right then and there. This is the best part about these folks, without even having my wildlife receiver in their hands they went ahead and sent me out the new receiver. My wildlife receiver was delivered to them today and my new Tracker Maxima was delivered to me today!

Maybe I am a little excited because this is my first piece of hunting equipment that is brand new and not just new to me, but I wanted to let others know how they treat their customers.

Now, I know Buddy, the owner of this site has a great store too, but if he's ever busy call Valley Creek Hunting Supply!

I made an on-line purchase for a Garmin Astro with a DC-30. I messed something up and about 5 min after I placed the order I was called on the phone to make the order correct. I was amazed that they took that much care to be that quick on orders.

Ive never bought anything direct from valley creek but a guy sold me a pair of their "frog legs" or those briar proof waders with the muck boots. I bought them second hand and have beat the hell out of them and they still keep me dry. Excellent prododuct. Ive even used them daily for irrigating on top of all the nights chasin hounds.

The guy i got them from told me that a coon was on his dog on the edge of a river. well he pulled that coon by the tail and it hit dry ground, whipped around and bit him in the leg. said it didnt punture the waders but droke skin. dont know if its true but i can testify those waders are tough as nails

Not pricey at all really. The heavy chaps on a Muck boot are 120.00 and the heavy camo on a Muck boot are 134.00
