Snow coon trax

Postby coonhound » Sun Feb 10, 2008 2:08 am

hey I was riding snowmobile looking for cut around noon, I found a cut at first I thought it was BOB and didnt look hard at trax but I went back get my snowmoblie trailer and load three hounds and head down. I put blackberry on trax and I noticed it was COON not bob. DUH but lets see if I could catch one. I turn them loose. They stayed for about 400 yds and they seem not treeing so I walked over there soon I get there they start to drive off on trax where coon left their beddie and I went back and drive snowmachine about another 200 yds ahead down found my dog on road and they couldnt find any trax after the coon across road and stayed on road where all slushy snow and messy which mean it was washed off from car, trucks. so We load up and scout for cut where coon might take off road somewhere I couldnt find anywhere. DAMN. it was close! I had fun.
I took pic before we turn my dogs loose. and Other pic where Coon's beddie
